More than 300,000 air fryers sold at Walmart, Target and Kohl’s recalled for burn hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a massive recall of 334,000 air fryers sold at Walmart, Target and Kohl’s stores across the United States, citing a burn hazard associated with the product. The air fryers, made by Gourmia, are the GAF560 and GAF570 models, sold between July 2019 and August 2020.

Customers should stop using the Gourmia air fryers immediately and contact Gourmia for instructions on returning the product for a full refund. Those affected can contact Gourmia by visiting their website and clicking “Recall” or by calling toll-free 888-674-1614 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday.
